Product Description
ENEC认证
There is a phenomenon still exists today, namely: electrical products in order to put the whole European market, at the cost of electrical manufacturers, electrical products for the same application for multiple authentications European countries, such as VDE, KEMA-KEUR, NF, IMQ, DEMKO and so on. This is both time-consuming and costly. Thus, similar to the CE, ENEC certification also emerged. ENEC is the first letter EUROPEAN NORMS ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATION acronym, meaning the European standard electrical certification.
Annexed ENEC mark indicates the relevant European standards, ENEC certificate by CCA? Official testing organization CENELEC (European Electrotechnical Commission) CERTIFICATION AGREEMENT? Member States issued. ENEC certified as CCA agreement signed institution recognized by the country, and it is possible to replace the safety certification of European countries in the future.
ENEC mark means safety, because it not only builds by a qualified certification body type test performed above, but also established the basis for manufacturers to produce sustainable control over the process. In addition, the use of the ENEC Mark is also monitored by European manufacturers and consumer organizations and official test institutions.
Compared with the original authentication method, ENEC certification benefits are obvious:
1. Complete a testing and certification process to gain access to the entire European market required certification (ENEC), thus eliminating the need for a lot of time and expense.
2. ENEC mark Universal from EU (EC), EFTA (European Free Trade Association) countries extended to Eastern European countries.
3. Select a certification body to obtain the necessary (full) Certification (ENEC), and thus simplify the certification process.
4. Intercropping freedom of choice in many of the certification body.
5. A certification contract to replace the original number of certification contracts.
This flag is non-mandatory. It is customer-oriented.
ENEC (European Norms Electrical Certification) is a certification program from CENELEC (European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization). It is for lighting equipment and relative components, motor and electronic office and IT equipment, security insulation and isolation transformer, power supply and switches for household appliances, and etc.
ENEC is a voluntary mark, and can be used instead of the individual marks of European countries to prove that the product has passed a third-party test and is compliance with the European Standards (ENs). ENEC mark means security. As it is not only established on the basic of type test completed by a qualified authentication party, but also established on the basic of continuou control through the whole manufacturing process. In addition, the use of ENEC mark is monitored by the European manufacturer and consumer organization and government testing agencies.
Today, European Standards listing on Appendix B of ENEC agreement is continuously increasing.ENEC mark that only allow European manufacturer use ever has now opened to manufacturer around the world.
ENEC mark notes: the right number on the ENEC mark stands for the different member of CCA (different number means different member/authentication party, for example: 10 stands for VDE).Today, there are altogether 21 member countries and 23 authentication parties. Marks of authentication party can also be posted if manufacturer requires.

E/e Mark
In Europe, motor vehicles and relative safety components have its safety requirements, which specified as E mark and e mark certification.
E mark roots from Economic Commission of Europe (ECE) Regulation. The current ECE includes 28 European countries. Besides the member countries, it also includes Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, and other non-European countries. Normally, ECE members are willing to accept test reports and certificates compliance with ECE Regulation. The referred product for E mark certificate is product components and system components. There is no related regulation for the whole vehicles. E mark certified product is acceptable by the market. The testing performing agency is usually the ECE member countries’ technical service agency. The certificate issuing agency is the government department of ECE member countries. Every country has its appropriate number.

e mark is the authentication mark for the whole motor vehicles, safety components and systems compelled by the EU directives to the member countries. The test agency must be the technical service agency of the EU member countries. The issuing agency is the ministry of transportation of EU member countries. Each EU member countries accept the e certified product. Same as the E mark authentication, each country has its appropriate number:

For most automotive electronics, technical requirement for E/e mark is the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) requirement. For the regulation, E mark is ECE 10.02, while e mark is 95/54/EC. The requirements are almost the same for the two technical regulations. They both require that the vehicle components’ electromagnetic disturbance of near-field (1m test distance) should meet the limits of broadband and narrowband. Meanwhile, components related to vehicle control should meet the requirements of electromagnetic radiation interference.
From January 2006 on, the new directive 2004/104/EC for e mark will replace the old one 95/54/EC. The new directive has the same limits for Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) as the old one, but the function range for products needed electromagnetic radiation interference has been clear and extended.
